FeraFilia I just happend to stumble across your post and love it! Love reading your progress. I've hit a plateau for couple of weeks but now the scale is moving downward. Frustrating! I'm soooo close , but feel so far in numbers from onederland. I'm hoping your inspiration and positivity pushes me there. I still have much to lose , but hey, I try to tell myself I'm 37 pounds closer I wish you continuing success and will always be on the look out for your postings
I started July at 307.4, I end July at 297.4... for a loss of 10 pounds. My total loss so far is 33.2 making me officially 10% smaller than when I started in May!
Also, through July, I've lost 6.5 inches across my 5 points of measure.
Fitness wise, I can now walk 2+ miles in one go, and do it almost every night. Pretty soon I'm upping it to 3.
Today means I've stuck with it for 90 DAYS! So close to 100.
I weighed in today at 296.2, which isn't as low as I'd have liked it to be *but* considering I spent Friday through Tuesday not logging because it was all fast food, pot luck, and restaurant food (I was traveling) I'll consider it a win.
I've lost a total of 34.4 pounds, and with my weight today, I've knocked 5 points off of my BMI number!
I have some craziness coming up (travels for over a week, and then moving 500+ miles). Hoping to lose a few more pounds, but will accept maintaining the rest of the month. And will only be really, truly sad if the scale tells me I'm back above 300.
Edit to add: I haven't updated my ticker yet, because something's wonky with the site, and when I go to update it it wants me to make a new ticker, then takes me to something about ovulation.
Thats awesome, Congrats, I started for a 2nd time on Jan. 16th and I got to 284, My lowest yet but sadly now Im back up to 290 but I'm determined to get to 280 or lower before I go see my doctor again the last week of next month.
Alright. Day 3 back on plan, and I'm seeing some water weight dropping off.
So, in 3 weeks, I've gone from 290.4 up to 292.6 and then back down to 288.4, for a net loss of 2 pounds. Not so great, but with the move and the crappy eating it could have been much worse!
I have 3 more weeks before my birthday, and probably shouldn't aim for lower than 282 in that time, but I'm still hoping there's water weight to lose! I am awesome at wishful thinking.
At the start of this, I had given myself 6 weeks to lose 10 pounds, so I could hit 50 pounds gone by my 31st birthday. That's coming up on Thursday.
Goal start weight was 290.4.
Today's weight is 282.8
I have 5 days to get to 280.6 or lower to reach my goal. EEK.
But the scale has been stuck for a few days right around 283.0 +/- 0.2 pounds. Usually that means I'm due for a whoosh, so here's hoping that will come soon, and I can hit my goal!
