Default 10 Days In The Lifeboat #110

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

Thanks for starting a new leg Judy.
I will get my water in and as much as I hate it I will track all of my food.

I'm here Ubee. Clinging to the side of the boat. I can reach the tow line and we can help each other climb back in.

Warm fluffy towels for those who need them.

I'm POP with every bite recorded - no exercise though.

Plan again this cruise to stay within calorie range, track every bite and make exercise a priority (sound familiar).

I'm in the boat!

Ubee, Here's an arm. I'll drag you in.

Go Carol!

Bllondy It's a place where we can set a personal goal and work on it for a short period of time rather than looking at your end goal of weighing x # of lbs in a year or two. It might be just sticking to your current plan or changing one thing to see if it's doable for you. If you don't meet your goal daily you can decide if you've fallen out of the boat that day and need to try harder. If it's working you are in the boat, rowing in the sunshine and enjoying your 10 day journey.
