Since I am headed to bed early to be in fighting shape for my interview tomorrow, I am gonna call it for my day 3 - today went great, stayed on plan even eating out and did extra exercise voluntarily. I am a nervous flip flop today, and hope I can sleep, fingers crossed.

went into the water on exercise for the pulled back - on the plus side - FIRST WEEKEND IN MONTHS BINGE FREE! yay! so half in, half out! and my weigh in for the week was down 5lbs - so the lifeboat was a good plan:

trying same for this week: stick to eating plan, 30 mins cardio, 1 mile walking each day.
