  • Judy so glad to see your smiling face!!! I love my new friends posting here but I sure miss my old friends!!!!

    I set an exercise goal of 400 min for may and did it!!! Scales are up right now but I'm blaming tom!! I have been on track!! I can say I have been on track more than 90 percent of the time. Plus exercise!! Woohoo!!

    I think I will set my June goal for 600 min. The heat bothers me but if I get out early I should be ok.

    Today all 3 of my grandsons are coming to spend the night. I have never had just the boys before. The baby is 4 months old today. He is growing up to fast. It will be a fun day of playing in the dirt and walking to the construction sites.
  • Deb, WOW! I'm truly impressed at how well you are doing.

    I finally had a POP day yesterday. I hate to think about how many times I wanted to run out for chips or fast food rather than eat what I have in the house before it goes bad but I said "NO" and had 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks, all of which were tasty and filling. So far today I'm keeping it together.

    Hope everyone is planning a fun weekend and is able to stick to a plan!
