Deb, WOW! I'm truly impressed at how well you are doing.
I finally had a POP day yesterday. I hate to think about how many times I wanted to run out for chips or fast food rather than eat what I have in the house before it goes bad but I said "NO" and had 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks, all of which were tasty and filling. So far today I'm keeping it together.
