I recently came back after a long winter of slacking and I'm really determined to knock this weight off. I was feeling really down last night and came here for support, the people on here are amazing as usual.
So today I weighed myself, restarted my journal, looked up recipes, workouts for my body type, heart healthy foods. I went in the kitchen, tossed out every piece of tempting junk and went to the store. My fridge and freezer is chock full of veggies, fruits, and lean proteins. I'm even staying open minded and trying some new things - eggplant, salmon, coconut oil, quinoa, kale and black beans.
No working out today but will do some tomorrow, and I'm actually looking forward to it
