When will I learn? Put off doing exercise and then got busy and forgot about it. I've slept for a few hours and now I am wide awake. Exercise helps me get a good nights sleep.

Happily, and easily, dry yesterday. I'm going to row really hard today to meet my goals again.

I'm declaring today very dry. I'm not hungry and actually have a few WW points that won't be used. My teeth are brushed and flossed and my mouth has been Listerined. I'm not eating anything else. I don't want to have to go through all that again tonight!

Little splash yesterday. I did my exercise ONLY because I had to come on here and be accountable! Need to work on my portion control. I can still gain if I eat too much healthy food.

Yesterday was great with food BUT motherhood trumped exercise. Need to plan my exercise so there can be no excuses!
