I'm drinking a crapton of water, and using it to ward off cravings when I have them. Want a pile of cookies? Chug down a bottle of water. It has worked for me so far, I don't feel a thing. It was hard for the first 3 days and ever since it's just been second nature.

Also, focusing on generally being healthy instead of weight loss. Because I don't need to eat until I'm sick. Or lay in my bed watching Netflix ALL day. Do small things, because small things add up to a lot more than doing nothing. And eventually, you'll find the small things becoming bigger and bigger things and 100 pounds later you'll be looking in the mirror like whaaat?! Baby steps! That's my best advice.

Glad to hear you are doing so well.
1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
Restart Dec. 2016 at 315, with Intermittent Fasting got down to 235 by mid August, 2017.
Restart again New Years 2018 at 263.
