Hey Everyone! I am excited to say that I am completely comfortable with the changes I have been making over the past 15 days. I have shakes with a superfood in them for breakfast, really cut back on the carbs (but not eliminate them, I love them too much for that!), and stopped snacking after supper. I am down 10 pounds and 5.5 inches and feel fantastic! I think I am FINALLY in the right mindset to lose this weight forever
What inspires you and keeps you going? I find using my fitness pal is working best for me
Also, I have been taking Garcinia Cambogia and it really helps with the cravings.
