Hello everyone ..well .. if that was as much of a tropical storm as we were going to get .. then Im disappointed lol .. I must be a storm chaser because I was really excited .. mind you I love storms .. and earthquakes ... I must be a nut
So all well here
Started again yesterday .. had some toast and coffee for breakfast (starting to introduce a little bit of bread into my diet to help boost my carbs and fibre a little) ... but then I sort of crashed again .. finished off the last of the chocolate
... and then hunny brought home fish and chips ... but its my Monday treat day so it was enjoyed and not felt bad about lol.
Today has been better so far ... big bowl of Special K Advantage cereal with a pottle of yoghurt and a coffee ... lunch was late (about 3pm lol) and it was a nut bar ... only because its getting close to dinner I didn't want to eat a lot or I wouldn't want to eat my veges ... which is what we are having for dinner .. no meat night .. but will make a cheese sauce so my hunny doesn't feel too hard done by lol ..
Got onto the treadmill today for the first time in almost 2 weeks .. had to take it slow because my back is out again (its getting very annoying) but I was really pleased with how I did .. hunny only wanted me to do like 10 min at a time .. but I did 45 minutes and managed to get just over 2 miles (3.3km) .. so as I have less than 2 weeks before my 5km Colour run I am happy that even with my back I should still be able to get it done in an hour or less if I push a little harder (mind you I don't know how I will react to all the colour getting tossed at me .. if I will slow down or what lol .. so this could effect the speed and time ...)
So as I said .. Dinner is veges - got a great bag full of goodies from my home town so cooking up a bunch tonight - brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, courgettes, carrots, potato, cabbage ... maybe a little red & yellow capsicum too if I decide to stir fry the courgettes instead of steaming them ... and then a home-made cheese sauce for protein and fats ...

Yep power back up and running and those flies are getting very annoying .. but had a lovely warm shower and feel refreshed and ready to finish my day

Definitely no leaving us now lol .. start on your next goal if you have one .. get a head start on the next challenge
- You make me giggle ... lil sinner that you are hehehe. Well .. that 6 pounds was obviously feeling like you needed them so came to comfort you .. now you just need to let them know that they can comfort you from a distance in the future
Thank you for the compliment .. Im almost to the weight I was when hunny and I met 12 years ago ... so hopefully he is thinking the same thing lol.
Back to my cross stitch .. almost finished my mini bead kits unfortunately so hopefully I will be able to get some more soon .... but definitely need to start getting dinner ready
