Ubee - You are such a great cheerleader, I know you can do this too. Hope you are recovered and can get your groove back by now.

Katt - Lookin good always. I still haven't had a noticeable enough loss for there to be photographic evidence to back up the numbers on the scale.

Wanna skip - Awesome loss. I feel you on the not being noticable I haven't lost nearly as much as you have but I want to be able to SEE it too. I would definitely go more by side by side photos than by comments. Most people are VERY unobservant, I include myself amount those people. Sad but true I'm in my own little world a lot of the time.



All ya'll are in the 200's and I am super jelly! I hope to join you soon and I can only hope I'm still motivated when I'm at the points you guys are at.

I was really scared I wouldn't make my challenge goal I think now I'm not that scared of it. Unless something drastic comes up I think if I can just keep at it, I'll make it. Another 12 lbs by April 21st? I can do it. *positive moment*

WANNA - Wahooo .. over the 10 gone Well done, great loss this week I have only JUST started going down in clothing sizes hun .. it was probably about the 100 pound mark before I noticed the way the clothes were really needing to go .. it was probably the most frustrating thing really .. you watch those late night shopping channels selling those machines or gadgets for weight loss etc and they say "I lost 20 pounds and 5 dress sizes!" sigh .. made me want to smack them really lol .. I had lost over 50 pounds before I could get the next size down in pants ... as long as they were stretchy lol.

SILENT - Great going this week hun .. well done!

UBEE - No stressing and no regrets remember .. Day One as ever Its definitely not an easy road we are on .. even if some make it look that way. Everyone has different daily challenges and temptations and indulgences ... but its all part of the learning curve of this road we find ourselves on Hugs As for the butt lol .. well its nice to finally be getting one .. never had one really but my hunny is definitely happy with the new curves emerging An yep .. got cheeks ... more dimples too lol. Sorry you have had a couple of hard days, but Im proud of you for starting Day One again and carrying on .. you are a fantastic ray of sunshine hun

WATCH - WOW! Look at you whooshing like crazy Definitely see you hitting target well ahead of time I think you have done an incredible job on this challenge

SILENT - You are soooo close to the 2-Town that Im sure you will be celebrating with the rest of us I was having a look at my monthly photos last night that I had my hunny take the first weekend of each month from August and really I didn't see any change in the first 2-3 months other than in my face .. so you will be surprised when the changes happen.. so make sure you take those pics .. its a great thing to look back on

GURL - Hun you will get there before that I am sure ... It is a daunting thing when you are just starting out and you have a large ultimate goal .. but just keep breaking it down and you will be surprised how quickly you seem to get there When I set my 53 pound target from 18 August to 4 Dec I thought it was going to be a bit unrealistic ... but incredibly I just kept plugging away at it and made it for my wedding day Just keep remembering its the little goals and keeping at it and not giving up on yourself. I believe in you


Very chilled day at home today ... the weather turned yesterday and we had thunder storms and heavy rain last night and today we woke up in the middle of a cold foggy autumn day lol ... funny how I was out in the sun yesterday to wake up to a new season ... but its been nice to curl up today with the dogs and just catch up on cross stitch and reading. Had my once a week treat for dinner tonight .. Fish & Chips .. well .. I had a bite of the fish .. and I had a sausage instead of fish .. and chips .. anyway .. it was lovely on a cold night

I think everyone is doing fantastically and want you all to know Im cheering you on from the other side of the world ... other than Ferris .. Im just cheering from the other island lol

Katt.. I know what you mean... I have only gone down 1 size in my pants 3X to a 2x but my shirts.. I have gone down 2 sizes. Those late night commercials are aggravating!.. but it gives me motivation too!

Edoetsch... you are doing the downdowndown dance! and I see the "7" number in your reading next week! You are doing it!

Silent.. ooooo you are so close to that Magic "2" number! I cannot wait to celebrate YOU!

Ubee.. You can do it. I know you can! Come on down to the 40's again and fly thru them!!!

Gurlnextgen... YOU can do it! If I at 55 lost 82 lbs in a year... YOU can do that or more. Just take 5 lbs at a time. Shoot for that and once you get that... then WOW you lost 5 lbs.. now to get another 5 lbs! I am rooting you on!

I'm just curious... does anyone feel that they DON'T want people to notice your weight loss? I used to love it when people noticed, but now I feel like they're watching me to see if I'm "being good" or losing more or gaining it all back. I don't want anyone to really say anything for fear it will put too much pressure on me. Is it just me?

Sunny I go back and forth on this one. All in all I use it to keep me on my toes. There are many people I love that now weigh more then me. They are watching me. I want them to also be healthy so I use it to motivate me to set a good example. Others I feel want me to fail because weight was something they could control and I couldn't. It irks me but then I think wow they must really feel insecure by my awesomeness! Good luck! This thread has given me pressure which I am thankfull for. Anything to get me healthy.
Gurl yup sometimes it does take a long time. I figure it is just more practice for me because I'm going to have to do this the rest of my days. Hang in there we are rooting for you!
