FERRIS - Great job this week hun .. any loss is a good loss remember And laughed at the delight you took in your rhythm being better etc lol .. I would be feeling the same way .. and actually that is usually the reason I avoid classes .. the others just look so fit and with it lol .. besides Im not really much of a team player lol .. hard for me to follow other peoples steps to music .. I prefer to follow my own steps lol. I have all my badges from round the world on a little jumper that one of my teddy bears wears lol .. I just need to get some new shelves so I can get my room sorted out again and then I will take a pic so you can see what I have cut it down to in my collecting lol. As for nail polishes .. I started on those too lol .. only the mini ones though .. but I have stopped that cos all my nails have broken and I really don't like wearing them lol .. maybe when I get my nails all nice again (after they recover from the fake ones I used to have) I will start wearing them again

UBEE - I admit I have a collectors addiction when I start a collection .... I just want to get everything on my list yesterday rather than taking time to build it up .. and then by the time I am about 3/4 of the way through my list I have started losing interest lol ... except for my teddy bears Never fall out of love with them I have a lot of Charlie Bears, but I also have special ones from places I have been (tried to get them with a tee or something on to show where its from) as well as Hermann, Steiff, and a few other extra special ones. My hunny seems to collect cameras and the gear for them at the moment lol .. but fortunately its not too bad .. not a lot of them .. just darn expensive! Other than that he is a HUGE Dr Who fan (mainly the original series) so I hunt round the world for things for him when I can afford to, oh and he also likes Star Trek (original) and Star Wars ... he a bit of a sci-fi nut really lol.
You say you have been hungry ... is it for anything in particular? If its for savoury it may be that your body wants a little more salt in it .. or if its sweet it may want a little more sugar .. but you can get that naturally with fruit .. for the savoury urge I have started eating Cruskets .. I don't know if you have them over there .. but they are sort of like a puffed wheat/rice cracker and about 24 calories each .... so if you think about your hunger ... what is the food you are wanting to get?

No prob hun .. I have found over the journey it is usually the initial reaction for food is usually only because I haven't stopped to think about WHY lol .. it doesn't always work . and when it doesn't .. I don't think badly .. ergo tonight when I had 4 small pieces of chocolate, half a mini kit Kat AND 3 little jet plane lollies lol .. I waited over an hour before finally deciding this was something my body really wanted .. Sugar .. so I figured ok .. usually after 10 min or so I forget the urge and get on with whatever I was doing .. but it didn't work this time so I just went with it .. and still look on it as a plus .. in the past I would have eaten the whole block of chocolate, the bag of lollies AND the pack of mini bars lol .. I must say I really enjoyed every mouthful lol .. whether I will say the same tomorrow after my weigh in will be another question lol.

I do have a few .. Charlie Bears (you can look them up online) I have ummm 13 at the moment .. but another 3 on lay by (I think you call it lay away? Where they hold it and you pay it off?). My special hand made bears or one offs .. I have about 15 of those ... and the rest of the team .. I think its close to about 130 lol .. not just soft toys .. figurines too lol ... One of my faves is a Boyds Bears set I got .. I signed up for the Club pack one year and it was all about Chocolate lol .. so I thought hey .. chocolate AND bears!! Must be for me lol ... would love more of the Boyds but hard to find in NZ .. we have lots of generic ones over here lol .. I did have almost all of the Canada TY Beanie Babies .. but I sort of fell out of the loop so I think I have missed a few now .. and I have some of the Harrods Ty Beanie Babies too .... I don't think I have any US ones though now that I think about it .. hang on .. ummm ... nope .. I have them from Canada, Aussie, UK, Germany and Japan .. When I was travelling I got a little bear from each of the countries to represent them .. as well as a few other soft toys that made me laugh lol .. gees I am really bad lol .. but once I finally get my "zen" room sorted out so I can unpack all my babies again I will take some pics so you can see most of them .. I really need to thin them out .. but then I feel guilty for not wanting them lol .. but as I give them away to kids and hospitals I know they will find new friends to love them

OMG .. I really do have a problem lol. More recently its been my Mill Hill Bead Cross Stitch Kits .. of the houses .. there is something wonderful about seeing something get created .. only thing is we don't have them in NZ so I have to get them from US lol .. but its so worth it

Soo .. how about it peeps .. are there any more nuts out there? Don't be shy lol

Yay, progress!

Katt, I collect lots of random things. I am absolutely obsessed with nail polish. I don't know if that counts, lol. But I live right across from a place called Trade Secrets, which sells polishes for a fairly decent price.

I also collect books. Non-fiction, fiction, doesn't matter. I love when people give me their old books because I'll take them! I wish I was able to read more, but I don't have a lot of time anymore.

Oh, and stationary. I collect it like it's going out of style, lol. I have so many notebooks, pens, paper, etc. and yet I still insist on buying more!

FerrisW, I most definitely recommend Zumba for the Wii! You really are forced to move your feet in order to score, unlike Just Dance. I usually combine Zumba and Just Dance together for my workouts because I use different parts of my body for both. You can really feel the burn during Zumba though. After 5 songs, I am seriously a sweaty mess, lol.

LARRY - Well done .. isnt it nice to say farewell to a number with the knowledge that its another one to cross off on this journey of ours

LEMC - Great job this week .. and I love your nail polish fetish lol .. it seems to be a lot more popular than I thought .. I am a member of nail polish crazies on Facebook .. and while I have what I thought was a good collection of about 30 polishes .. dang if Im not stunned by some of the others collections lol .. I can appreciate them .. just dont understand all the big bottles of them lol .. I collect mainly the mini ones myself lol. And I understand about the stationary .. places like Smiggle are just a dangerzone for me ... I have giant paperclips and coloured pins etc .. still in boxes lol .. but they just look so kewl and Im sure eventually I will find a use for them lol. Plus pens .. I have those mini drawer things and a set of 5 drawers is full of pens lol .. with more in another couple of drawers in another mini cabinet lol.

ERIN!!!! FANTASTIC!! Look at that WHOOOSH! So proud of you for keeping going .. you must feel great about this weeks result too Hugs

SWEET - Hi hun and no prob .. have added you to my list and will hopefully be posting some results later today or tomorrow once I get it all caught up You are doing great too Hope to see you on the boards .. and hope you have taken a before pic (front side back) cos it really is a great thing to look back on even if you dont like the thought of looking at it to start with lol. Oh and measurements too!

STARFISH - No need to apologise, just glad you came back to us Im sure this is just a blip .. we all have them .. Im anticipating it coming up with me again as I am finding this challenge round a little harder to remain as in focus as I did for the last one lol .. obviously my birthday doesnt give me the incentive that my wedding did hehehe.

UBEE - heheh . hard to get grey hair when I love changing the colour of it all the time ... although .. thinking about it .. since I have started to lose weight and the rest of me is showing changes I havent changed my hair anywhere as much as I used to .. it was almost monthly I would change my hair only because it was the quickest thing to change .. but now with changes happening on the rest of me it doesnt seem as vital (having said that I have just gone from blonde to brunette again lol). As for the wrinkles .. I am actually looking forward to them lol .. sounds weird I know .. but I love taking pics of old people with all those lines and creases on their faces .. its their life in their face .. their journeys and experiences .. what a wonderful view I told my mum off when she mentioned about getting a face lift to get rid of some of her lines .. grow old gracefully seems to have lost its impact in this day and age .. and while I have gone through some things that really should have added at least a few lines .. I think my inner positive attitude just smooths them out and I carry on .. although I have noticed my neck and hands looking a little older lol .. so the face must get effected sooner or later lol. And yes .. Charlie Bears are also known as Bears with Personality ... each one of the ones I have remind me of someone I know and love ... fortunately I dont know too many people or hunny wouldnt be happy lol ... I did set a limit of 25 of them ... soooo halfway .. well .. slightly over halfway lol .. but really .. soooooo snuggly and great to talk to .. Im a nut I know lol.

It has actually been a hard week foodwise for me .. been very ambivalent about eating .. and the weather has turned a little colder this week so thoughts of stews and pasta have been popping in .. but then when I think about having a bowl of pasta I just think of what it looks like all mushed up and it puts me right off lol .. but tonight I am making meatballs with just a little bit of pasta, carrots and peas .. so a bit of a carb meal tonight .. will have to get some more veg for the week cos this will just weigh me down lol.

Katt I read what you wrote about wrinkles and I thought "God I love her!" My face and neck were so bloated/huge when I started that now I look much older then I am. But you know what, my husband and I have overcome so many things out of our control that I should just view them as a survival badge of honor.
Your dress looks great on you! It will be hanging by your birthday. First thing I saw in your picture was little bear feet.
Holy cr@p Larry! Excuse my language but this deserves it. Never ever, ever would have thought that was you! WOW! AMAZING!

LARRY - OMG .. That is just incredible!! You must feel blinking fantastic!! Wow ... actually .. take the words Ubee said as me too lol .. hot damn!

UBEE - I think growing old is highly underrated really. I wonder why people don't like their faces when they get older .. do they not understand that the lines and sags and blotches or whatever that appear are just a map of your life .. I mean .. ok . if you haven't been happy with events in your life you probably wouldn't be happy with the road maps that show them off lol .. but really .. I find it funny when my friends wish they were 20 again .. or omg its a grey hair or a wrinkle (lots of my younger friends are bugged by the fact I don't have any and they do .. the wrinkles I mean .. not the grey .. Im sure if I left it alone again a grey or two would be there lol) ... but I don't ... not that I hated being that age .. but hey .. Ive been it .. why go backwards .. the unknown of what will happen in the future makes every day a fantastic adventure .. and I get to create it ... don't get me wrong .. there might be the odd twinge when I think wonder what would have happened if .... but then I smack myself upside the head and remind myself that I like who I am .. who's to say that if I did make one of those choices differently that I would still like who I am .. or if I would still be working on that. As for the feet .. yeah . Im not great with shoes lol .. hate wearing them really .. my mum, sister AND daughter have shoes to cater to a town .. me .. I have a pair of sandals, my doc martens and a pair of sneakers rofl ... even the gumboots I wore for my wedding were my sisters .. and the slippers that I got to match my dress .. I wore for about 20 minutes ... icky. I have always had a pair of boots in my wardrobe, usually black ones .. so my docs are going to be well worn over the winter The sandals are getting a little big now .. darned annoying really cos I hate shopping for shoes lol .. and my sneakers .. well .. they need to be worn a little more to wear them in for the walk .. but ugh .. hate wearing them too lol
