Good luck with the transition, Larry. I remember reading about Volumetrics in my alumni magazine… it was a scientist from Penn State who did the original research it's based on. I don't follow the diet, but I find if I remember the principles it helps. (I try to have soup, yogurt, cottage cheese, or something else relatively low cal and high liquid at most meals, especially when I'm trying to make sure I won't get hungry between meals.)
Had a pretty good day today, considering I was low on sleep. Going to get a full night tonight and try to keep it that way.
