If we had the severity of weather in Wales you guys have we would have found a way to hibernate!
So tomorrow I start my gentle exercise regime as part of my return from my op and towards my previous walking regime with my dogs with regular swimming. This week I have proved to myself that I can reduce my food intake to a better level without being able to exercise....for the first time ever.....dieting has always had to go hand in hand with exercise.

I had a great POP day yesterday - until dinner. Trying to look at the 2/3 POP day rather than the end. Bitterly cold here this morning, a good day to get an early jump on holiday cleaning.

I came in low on calories yesterday. I was with my daughter working and lunch was skipped. I was exhausted by the time we finally got home. I wore old shoes and my legs paid for it. Just another reason to get the weight off.

Today is thanksgiving with my son and his family. We are just having fried chicken from the store and I will make sides. I can stay OP today.

I used all my weekly points but I am still on plan. I WI tomorrow morning but as I am eating out at Swiss Chalet for dinner I know I will be effected by sodium. I will get some walking in today. I have errands to run, the library and grocery shopping, but I will walk there and back. Have a good day everyone.

I thought I made reasonable choices yesterday but the scale didn't. I do have a weekly WI today with a loss of 1.75 lbs. I'll take it. Now that I've rejoined the fitness center I need to go - step 2.

Great loss Carol. My scales are the same as last monday. I know I didnt drink enough water yesterday. I will increase it today.
I had a blast yesterday spending time with my grand kids and then going to the paint party and making a big old snowman to hang on my door or some place.

This week we will work on eating the leftover veggies from yesterdays lunch. I will be cooking again on thursday and Im sure will have more leftovers to carry us through the weekend.

Tree didnt make it up this weekend but I was one busy lady all weekend. I am looking forward to sitting in my chair a bit today.

Yesterday wasn't perfect but it was controlled. I have committed to weighing every day to stay mindful. Scale went down so that's a good thing.

Yesterday was better. Skipped lunch so I didn't get in all my veggies but was w/i my points. Today's going to be close but I'm trying to keep it together.

Have a very nice Thanksgiving!

I am still fat, but I am still here and there is always hope.....maybe. Just had my 80th birthday! I can look at this fact and say what a shame or I can say well, as long as I am breathing, I can continue to try for weight loss. (same ten lbs over and over). Take care of you!

Ruth- Happy Thanksgiving! I am so thankful for you!! please check in more often.

I am so thankful to have friends here who really get what weight issues are. I cherish each one of you.
I am cooking today for my girls and their families. I did a bit yesterday but the bulk of it will be done this morning.
