Day one of this leg was a success! I rowed hard and made good choices. Hope today is the same.

Glad things are going well, Judy. Deb, staying dry?

I continue splashing around. Not soaking wet but not completely dry. i need to get back to checking in daily.

I guess, in fact, that will be my goal for what remains of this leg: check in every day and report, did I eat OP? Did I exercise at all?

Woo hoo for you! And thanks for the velcro, Judy. As you can see, I didn't even manage to check in. And, I got wet yesterday.

Today, all is well so far, but I have to be at work late, so I'll exercise when I get home, and I will check back in with my boat mates before bed.

I was POP yesterday making it a full week and lost 2.4 libs.

I managed to stay in the boat yesterday, including eating and exercise.

I don't feel like rowing today, but I'm in my seat so far and intend to keep butt planted.

Day 8 I was POP. Didn't even need extra pts. So technically, I met my goal. (Can't say much for my choices though.)
