Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

My new 10 day goals:

1: Ask myself: "Are you really hungry?" If not, rather than grabbing food take a few minutes to figure out why I think I need to eat.
2: Drink my water!
3: Remember to think positively about myself daily.

I'm in, too.

Four goals:

Eat on plan.
To quote Debbie, "water water water."
Track.
At least 20 minutes intentional exercise ALL 10 DAYS.

I am also starting a reward scheme to try to motivate myself more. If I get through today having meet all four goals, I get a reward. Just one day--I can do it! Then I'll try for two days. Then three days, then four, and so on. So this 10-day segment, if I work it right, should earn me four rewards.

Some of my choices yesterday were not great but I did meet my goals - DRY!

I had a few more carbs than I would have liked but much better than the past few days. I did get my water in and got some physical exercise pulling up the last of my garden.

Goals are still safe. I stayed dry yesterday. All the water had me up a few times last night.

We gotta concentrate on keeping those goals ladies!!

Angela, I've picked up the towels and run them through the washer and dryer. Now they're warm and fluffy, ready for the next swimmer.

I've refilled the velcro container too. Put one side on your seat and the other on your "other seat".

Another dry day in the boat for me yesterday. Rowing really hard today.

WTG Judy. I actually stayed dry yesterday! The velcro must have helped. Here's to another day in my seat... except for when I'm exercising.
