I stumbled along this site when searching out SI joint dysfunction and weight loss. I am over 40 and over 300... I would like to focus on losing 100lbs for now. I have already lost 35 and kept it off over a year just by making some subtle changes. My SI joint issue has extremely worsened in the last 6 months and in PT currently. I just need some motivation. I find it hard with career, teenagers, husband who works weird shifts. I am not sure what plan to use...but tomorrow is my start. I am also concerned about exercise, but will discuss that with my PT.
