Hi everybody,
Although I am way up on my lowest, I found yesterdday that even in the short time I have been "back" putting socks on is much easier!

Congrats!!! I love when getting healthier is concretely connected to everyday life.

My NSV is I was so tempted to order in dinner last night but instead got groceries, ate a healthy meal and have leftovers.
