Good to see Heather and Angela! Posting here daily helps me so much and is so hard to do when not on plan.

I had a POP day yesterday and starting to think about the weekend. If it's cool enough I am ready to have soup.

I cant stay op! Today I plan to start avoiding bad carbs! Gotta get my head back in the game. I feel sluggish and I know its from carbs and higher calories!
Just found out last night our church is offering a zumba class twice a week. I plan to check into this in 2 weeks when it starts back up.

omg it's been so long since I've been on here....almost 3 years.....it took me a little while just to get up the courage to post...silly right? It was so great to see heather and carol are here....feels like coming home.

Look of stress yesterday but I came through POP. Will work today cleaning more from my parents house to get it ready to sell and make a plan for the upcoming week. Tomorrow is a four hour drive to my aunt's visitation - that will be a challenge on the road - working on that now.

Our moving truck comes today.. Finally!! Hope they don't mind dodging raindrops...

Can't wait to start getting unpacked. Won't move in for a couple more days, but we're really getting there!!!

Heather - will be good to settle in. You've had so many months of transitioning.

My calories were too low during the day yesterday and made one poor choice at the end of the evening. Heading to my aunt's funeral today - will make best choices available.

I worked out 11 hours this last week! I love how I feel this morning. Spending the weekend resting before I hit it again tomorrow. I have a massage scheduled today, but other than that, I'm spending the day tidying up around the house and doing laundry. It's cool and overcast right now. Happy weather for me!

Move-in went smoothly and now the real work begins. Actually, first we have to move in. Our bed doesn't arrive until tomorrow and we hope to sleep there starting tomorrow night. In the meantime, we need to get everything out of the apartment we are in. Hopefully by this weekend we will be in good shape.

Hubby and I are trying to make some better food choices. Certainly got a lot of movement in over the weekend.

New week and a new start. I did pretty bad yesterday, calories were low during the day and then a finger food social last night after church...enough said!

Hubby says he is ready to get with it also so that always makes it much easier for me.

Long day yesterday and some poor food choices. Sweets are evil!

There is a positive - last week I lost 2.75 lbs. Now to put a nice string of POP days together and see the results.
