I dont drink it myself (I cant handle the bubbles unfortunately) so I havent had that issue, but I know its a common one. I have been drinking a lot of green tea with strawberry ... but also LOTS of water .. and have just started drinking Chai Latte .. very nice. No caffeine though for me ... I have a coffee every couple of weeks though lol .. funnily enough .. considering I used to have up to 12 cups of coffee a day .. I dont actually miss it

Had a lovely day today .. might have gone a little off plan .. but after an off week I will be happy if I maintain this week as my eating hasnt been the best .. not that I have eaten anything bad .. just havent eaten the calories I should (last 2 days barely half my daily intake) .. but I think I made up for it today lol .. my hunny took me out for brunch and I had Eggs Benedict .. contemplated asking for half the hollandaise to be removed, but I figured my fat intake had been so low all week I could probably cope with the higher fat and cholesterol ... one day in 3 weeks .. cant be too bad.
Home cooking dinner now .. roasting some chicken thighs (I do mine in an oven bag but with a little grill in it so that the fat drains off), basted with some Teriyaki then tossed in a bunch of onion, garlic & bell peppers. ON the side a sweet potato, white potato, broccoli, carrot & courgette ... chances are I will mainly eat the veg and leave the meat for the dogs lol ..
Do you have a favourite way to prepare you main meat?? Do you eat meat?? I mainly stirfry though.
Tomorrow is Fathers Day in NZ .. So I am making a stir fry for dinner and we will use it as a tortilla wrap filling
Hopefully my daughter remembers to text her dad lol.
