BoatingMommy - no prob about the day .. I wont post up the sheets until late on Wednesdays so weigh ins on Tuesdays is fine Have a great weekend away .. and fab news about the soda habit I dont drink it myself (I cant handle the bubbles unfortunately) so I havent had that issue, but I know its a common one. I have been drinking a lot of green tea with strawberry ... but also LOTS of water .. and have just started drinking Chai Latte .. very nice. No caffeine though for me ... I have a coffee every couple of weeks though lol .. funnily enough .. considering I used to have up to 12 cups of coffee a day .. I dont actually miss it

Justaloozer - welcome on board .. I have added you to the weekly sheet .. look forward to seeing you on the boards

Alicia - as I said above .. no prob .. just want everyone to put in their weight each week .. that way we can support each other good and bad which makes the journey a lot easier in a way .. makes us all accountable

Ally5151 - Welcome on in .. as I said above people can join ANY time over this challenge .. Never sure when these challenges start if we will all be at the end .. but whoever joins us for however long .. we will support everyone who wants to jump on board

Had a lovely day today .. might have gone a little off plan .. but after an off week I will be happy if I maintain this week as my eating hasnt been the best .. not that I have eaten anything bad .. just havent eaten the calories I should (last 2 days barely half my daily intake) .. but I think I made up for it today lol .. my hunny took me out for brunch and I had Eggs Benedict .. contemplated asking for half the hollandaise to be removed, but I figured my fat intake had been so low all week I could probably cope with the higher fat and cholesterol ... one day in 3 weeks .. cant be too bad.

Home cooking dinner now .. roasting some chicken thighs (I do mine in an oven bag but with a little grill in it so that the fat drains off), basted with some Teriyaki then tossed in a bunch of onion, garlic & bell peppers. ON the side a sweet potato, white potato, broccoli, carrot & courgette ... chances are I will mainly eat the veg and leave the meat for the dogs lol ..

Do you have a favourite way to prepare you main meat?? Do you eat meat?? I mainly stirfry though.

Tomorrow is Fathers Day in NZ .. So I am making a stir fry for dinner and we will use it as a tortilla wrap filling Hopefully my daughter remembers to text her dad lol.

On weeks like this dont focus on the weight loss .. focus on how you are feeling ... are you still feeling positive?? are you feeling better than you did when you first started your journey?

Love having you on the journey .. and, no matter which way your scale is going, its great having you as part of our team

Updated for this week. Not as much of a loss as I wanted to post, but I just reweighed myself (about 8 hours after my official weigh in) and I'm down a couple pounds, so maybe next week will show a big drop.

Thanks for the update Super What a great loss I will be happy if I maintain this week .. I think a friend is coming to visit as he is already late .. body going through lots of changes I think which has put me off lol. So over the next week or two Im not gonna stress too much .. but Im really wanting chocolate more today than I have the last few weeks .. water bottle is getting well used as a distraction lol.

Thanks for your kind words Nightkatt. Our mutual "friend" will be visiting me in a couple of days so my weight will be up again tomorrow. Hopefully we will both get nice whooshes once he is on his way.

I do find it funny how we refer to it as a He lol .. is that why we use the phrase Bloody men!?? lol Scuse lingo.

Okee .. so I thought I would be able to hit my calorie intake today .. and I really did try! I had such a lovely meal tonight .. made up a Chicken & Cashew stirfry ... soooo many lovely colours of vegetables .. .and we used that as a filling in our tortillas .. I had THREE!!! plus a nibble of some of the stir fry that was left over .. added in a couple of extra bananas and a whole mix of WW jelly ... had my shakes earlier in the day .. and another banana ... and yet I was still under my daily intake by over 700 calories!!! OMG! It would be soooo easy to go down and get a block of chocolate and eat enough to make up the difference lol .. but I dont want to consume empty calories just because I can ... so .. hopefully I will maintain this week if nothing else ... that is 3 days this week where I have missed by that much ... ah well .. new week tomorrow

Has anyone got some interesting plans this week? Im off for some training and to help out in the store tomorrow .. but then I am going to have to find something to do for the rest of the week lol .. Maybe another Spring Clean is needed Might even go for a drive and do some photography if the weather is good ...

I'm in! I'm in college and hoping to lose the weight I gained my freshman year. My goal is to lose somewhere around 10-15 pounds before Christmas. It doesn't sound like a lot, but I have a hard time losing the weight and then maintaining the loss, so if I am able to keep it off until Christmas that would be great for me! That would bring me down to my high school weight.

Welcome on in GordonGirl .. good goal .. and no worries about the amount .. any amount is ab fab .. its a journey for all of us

Heather what a great result this week! Well done I will add a lil challenge in from me .. as we are so close this week .. how about we both head for that goal of 289.8 by the 29th? That will still leave me 25 to get off before the wedding lol .. "he" arrived today so this weeks weigh in wasnt great and I dont know what next weeks will be like .. but Im up for it if you want a lil extra challenge?? No worries if you would rather not lol .. Im happy either way

Well for the first time in ages I actually ate something 3 times today ... had cereal for breakfast & a chai latte (low fat), lunch was a shake .. then dinner was a couple of Spinach wraps with the chicken/cashew stir-fry in it ... I have made a fruit salad .. but Im too full .. and I am still over 300 cal away from my days intake .. sigh .. well .. Im getting closer lol .. I have bought some nut mixes today to have for snacks mid morning and afternoon .. so will try that tomorrow ... just sooo many calories!!! Now that "HE" has arrived I am starting to think of chocolate more (it was one of the main times I really binged .. esp when I was cramping up) .. so Im glad I started this challenge when I did .. cos if it was the first week I think I would have caved .. but at least I have had some time to get it out of my system.... positive thinking going forward Is this a bad time for anyone else?? Do you find yourself eating more .. or less .. or wanting all the wrong things .. or more of something you usually wouldnt??
