Thanks Mara .. must have hit me worse that I thought lol .. I went to bed just after midnight (early for me) and I couldnt believe it but I slept for almost 14 hours!!!! I havent done that since I came out of hospital after the last attack lol .. so much for recovering faster. Feeling better now though .. so my body must have needed it more than I thought .. new lesson for me .. really got to learn to listen better to my body rather than trying to act like all is ok lol ..

Is it too late to join in? Need an aim as starting to lose momentum and I'm worried that old habits are starting to creep back. No worries if too late

Hey all!!! I will try and check in Monday when I get back from Labor Day camping trip (American holiday for those of you not in the USA). I will probably not weigh until Tues. as we won't get back until late.
I weighed at 170 this morning!!! Very happy and wanted to share that i was stuck at 174.5 for two weeks. I totally quit drinking diet soda, or any soda for that matter. I have not worked out this week and still had a 4.5 lb drop. So, give it a try if you are stuck. Been drinking a ton of unsweatened tea for the caffeine as I still need to function. Haha! Everyone have a great weekend!

I am DEFINITELY in! I need something to keep me accountable through the festivities! My weigh ins are Sundays, but I am going away this weekend so tomorrow will be my weigh in.

My goal is to be <240.

Good job BoatingMom! I too have kicked that crazy diet soda addiction! 2 weeks! I feel much better!

I won't be able to weigh in until Tuesday also! Won't be around Sunday & Monday.. Just giving the heads up NightKatt!
