I gained 2 pounds this week, not had a really great week. Not been off plan but had extra's and made some wrong food choices. Plus it's the week before my cycle Had a dry day yesterday and pushing for a good dry week.
Got a little wet yesterday, but dry day today! Walked around Walmart with my 6'3" tree trunk long legged husband for about 45 minutes (grocery shopping) and ate a delicious and very healthy dinner (extremely lean home made cheeseburgers, wheat buns, and a birds eye side). Didn't make it to the gym at all... but have been doing Zumba, and sweating my *** off instead. Especially cause it's 90 outside...
Dry today... made my goal of having a low-point day in the course of this 10-day cycle. No exercise, though, and this has to be the last day of that for quite some time to come.
