Default Ok, who are you and what have you done with Chelle

It's 4:30am and you're up getting ready for yoga AGAIN. This is unlike Chelle, what have you done to her?!

Lol, I'm sticking to my word! Day 2 of 430 wakeup for yoga I will post here for every day I stay on task if any of you have any tips let me know! I did 45 minutes of yoga in the morning and again afternoon and it feels amazing, but it is vigorous. Do you think I am overdoing it? Or is it ok to do that much?

That's awesome...I'm still walking around my neighborhood...too scared I'm going to do irreperable damage doing something like yoga. Great job!

Thank you whenever you're ready though you should try it. I burned more doing that than doing a mile around the lake. It's awesome!

Hehe, I know that body-snatcher feeling. It is pretty surreal. Also, getting up at that hour? Crazy and amazing.

As far as too much, it depends on the yoga and how muscle intense it is. Muscle does need some time to repair, which is why when you lift weights you give yourself at least one day off in between. For now, I would say just listen to your body. It will let you know when it is too much. If it feels good and you are enjoying yourself, go for it.

I'm impressed with your doing the yoga. I'm in awe of your getting up at 4:30. I used to get up at 4:30 to commute 90 miles when my company got bought the last four years I worked. Hated everything about getting up that early. Hats off to you -- that is truly dedication!
