Things were improving for me on the last leg.
My goal is to stick to my WW program faithfully for the next 10 days.

I have been off track one day of the past 2 segments. My goal is to be rowing all 10 days this segment!

I'm doing okay with eating. My goal for this 10 days is to stick with the WW plan, walk outside at least 4 X week, and, most importantly, stay hydrated.

My goal this 10 days is to continue eating POP and make exercise part of my day.
Yesterday was rowing right along.

I FELL IN THE WATER!! We had no running water yesterday so it made cooking hard. Hubby suggested we go out to eat and I didnt have a plan..

10 days - I will exercise 6 of those days...one day already done - yesterday....
