Stressed!
It's that time of year where hurricanes literally stress me out to the point where I either can't eat or eat too much. This year, its too much. Hurricane Isaac + My Period + My Separation = ICECREAM! Luckily, I'm pretty smart. When I stocked up on foods for the hurricane, it was all low calorie foods. I have been stuffing my face for the past 2 days and both days my calorie intake was under 1500.... How do I stop the stress eating though? Yes, low calorie foods but I'm still stuffing my face and I feel like a porker!
Still 282 lbs. so no gain but also no loss which is really depressing.
