Default Stressed!

It's that time of year where hurricanes literally stress me out to the point where I either can't eat or eat too much. This year, its too much. Hurricane Isaac + My Period + My Separation = ICECREAM! Luckily, I'm pretty smart. When I stocked up on foods for the hurricane, it was all low calorie foods. I have been stuffing my face for the past 2 days and both days my calorie intake was under 1500.... How do I stop the stress eating though? Yes, low calorie foods but I'm still stuffing my face and I feel like a porker!

Still 282 lbs. so no gain but also no loss which is really depressing.

Skittles that is not something I have ever had to consider.....what to eat when you are stressed about a hurricane!
All I can say is when you are under attack from all sides, just be kind to yourself as you would be to a close friend. Don't pig out but dont expect perfect sticking to diet rules.

I believe the key is to find other ways to get rid of your stress. Try some- not all of them will work at first, but eventually you'll find one that you like. For me, stretching helps me get rid of some of the stress, as does reading a good book.
