I'm still trying to complete all these goals in one 10 day stretch so I think I'll stick with them:

1 - Stick to my WW points
2 - 64 oz fluids daily.
3 - Control crunchy carbs. - My downfall.
4 - No falling out of the boat.

my plan- 1200 calories
128 ounces of water a day
15min of exercise inside plus walking outside
allow myself a meal off plan a week. Sat at lunch or dinner only and then right back on track.

Yesterday I stayed in the lifeboat for day 1 because I stayed within my calorie range (just barely, lol) but I did get splashed a bit because I came closer to the limit than I like and I didn't get much exercise.

Day 2 is going better with food and a little bit better with exercise but I expect tomorrow to be stronger all the way around. I need to get back to the Y! I'm visiting my hunny and we have his 3 yr old, so exercise has been taking her to active things and playing with her. But she goes home tonight to her mom's and tomorrow I am hitting the Y when my sweetie is working.

Yesterday I ate out and had more sodium than I should. And I need to flush it all out with plenty of water because I am so close to making my next mini-goal and I have a 4 more pounds of fat to go plus a couple of water weight. I'll weigh in the morning and see where I'm standing.

Woohoo!!

On the Boat again, I can't on the boat again...on the boat with my 3fc friends, I can't wait to get on the boat again

Yesterday (day 1), was interesting. Spent alot of my time watching that BBC show Superskinny vs Superfat. It really helped me to see alot of patterns that I have been through and what Ive been doing wrong.

I exercises early in the morning yesterday, though for today, I will be exercising this evening (rushed morning).

@Chubbygirl253 - Im in that same "boat" with you yesterday for that barely staying in the calorie range. I finally got it balanced today though

with the sodium, I have found from my calorie counter that I am eating an incredible amount. I used to think that I was eating relatively healthy, but now I see that almost any boxed food contains a lot of salt, and not just the can goods...

@j-ann - those crunchy carbs are quite something.
I think need to make a good alternative like those cucumber chips I found in another part of the forum

yesterday was good. I got 3 hrs of exercise and only consumed about 950 calories. I am feeling discouraged because I seem to have stalled. Losing motivation because I've been at the same weight at least a wk now. I'm staying op and getting extra exercise so what is the deal? I'll be taking measurements again in a week so hopefully that shows some progress the scale isn't.

yesterday went ok. stayed dry so that was day 4. And today is going ok too except I didn't get much exercise yesterday and none today. Just got back in town from my fiancee's house. Tomorrow is back to the Y and my usual routine. Didn't get to weigh this morning even though I normally do on Sundays. I will tomorrow. This is do-or-die week for my August challenge. I have until next Sunday's weigh-in to get down to UNDER 300 POUNDS! Last time I weighed (thurs) I was 4 lbs away. We'll see tomorrow when I get on the scale if I'm any closer.
