Default New to hear but not 3fc and wight loss

Hi all, I have mostly hung out in the 100 lb club when I've been active on here. I thought I would hang out here some too, this time around.

I started losing back in the early 90s at 490 lbs and got down to 300 lbs but broke my back on the job. I shot up to 417 after that and a back surgery. Second time around I got down to 245 my goal weight. That was very short lived as I had to have another back surgery a month later back in 06. So here I am at 383 and know I need to get my weight back under control. The good part is I know I can do it. The bad part is beating myself up every day for gaining it back.

Welcome back, and to this area. I didn't get to my goal, but I did lose 110 pounds, managed to gain back about 75 and am now working my way back to where I was to keep going. I had really thought it wouldn't happen to me, but now here I am doing it all over again. It is rough, but what other choice is there? Hopefully we can all figure out better ways as we lose to make it stick.
