Hi all, I have mostly hung out in the 100 lb club when I've been active on here. I thought I would hang out here some too, this time around.
I started losing back in the early 90s at 490 lbs and got down to 300 lbs but broke my back on the job. I shot up to 417 after that and a back surgery. Second time around I got down to 245 my goal weight. That was very short lived as I had to have another back surgery a month later back in 06. So here I am at 383 and know I need to get my weight back under control. The good part is I know I can do it.
The bad part is beating myself up every day for gaining it back.
