I'm going to spend this cruise really working to make good decisions, stay POP on WW and increase my fluid intake.

I plan on asking myself if its good for my body before I open my mouth. Hopefully the mind game will wake me up. I have been doing good for a week but still could make better choices.

Day one was dry. Didn't have to go fishing for extra points. My water bottle was my friend.

Happy 4th!

Day 1 was great, day 2 ended up splashing a bit. Today I will drink all my water and be very careful with what goes in my mouth.

Really good day yesterday even though WW took away another point. Rowing strongly!

I'm still around all. I've been swimming beside the boat and floating around the buoys. Major stresses happening in my life and not eating well at all.

Hugs to all,
Ratkity

I managed to stay dry yesterday. Today will be a challenge. Every Friday we have "Grill Day" the 'employee fund' purchases the meat, chips, buns if needed and one or two people bring a salad, side dish or dessert. It is not a full out pot luck, but along the same lines. This is what got me off track last year. I WILL NOT let it derail me this time! I packed a salad with lots of yummy veggies and diced ham and some fresh strawberries!

I WILL STAY ON PLAN!

I completely forgot to check in for this one, but my goals are the same as the last 10 days (2200 calories, 64 oz water, 3500 steps every day). On the last 10 I managed about a 70% success rate. So far since the 3rd I'm OP every day, but today promises to be a challenge.

Day 4 - Still dry and rowing hard. Feeling really good about not getting wet.
