Another super day yesterday for me. Rowing hard and feeling good!

Ugh... I've been swimming beside the boat. At least I am getting exercise. I did a lot of lawn work this weekend. I countered that with frozen treats that shall not be named.

I spent hours pitting cherries from my cherry tree. I didn't realize the cherry juice would stain my hands LOL.

Other than life "carp" and things breaking down or not done right after paying someone to do something, all is well. Just FYI, Life doesn't do things on my time schedule.. ever!! LOL. Why in the world would I ever plan stuff and expect different?? I think it's called insanity.

Soaked over the weekend. But it was spent with family and I got tons of exercise. So even though food choices weren't so hot, I did lots of walking and swimming.

I am enjoying the feeling of being in control. The scales havent budge...wish I could just stay off of them for a week.
