Finally our internet is back up - not sure what not having the internet and being POP have in common but there is some connection. Lost about 7 lbs of vacation weight but need to find my control sensor.

Feels good to be back.

Happy mothers day to all of you mothers. I had a very nice mothers day. I hope all of you did too.

I haven't had a lot to eat today. I was so busy fixing for everyone else I forgot to cook something that I could eat! I am doing ok though.

Good morning, I didn't get back yesterday after all. The phone kept me busy a lot of the day. Nice to be remembered though.

Another week has started and I hope to do as well this week as last. The scale was pretty fair to me considering how much "stuff" that was so high calorie. I couldn't find anything to eat that wasn't fattening! My fault, I didn't plan for myself. I didn't gain even an oz over the weekend so I will take that Now onward and downward.

I will have an op day, how about you? Ruth

I ate to much food this weekend!! Glad its over and I will be POP today!!
We had suprise company and it kinda ruined my plans of sewing for the afternoon. I dont enjoy sewing with someone watching me. LOL
I left my machine out and will try again today if kids nap at the same time.( wish me luck)!!

Tom is lurking again...i will be so glad when he goes away and stays away!!

Ruth- way to go on not gaining anything!!! I cant say that...my scales are up 4lbs from my lowest this round.

Well, I had a great day yesterday. Didn't eat too much because I spent hours in the yard getting the veggies ready to plant. Was so sore at the end of the day. So, not a lot of food and a lot of movement..... WIN!!

Good morning ladies, Make today count as an op day and I will do the same.

We are back to cleaning to put the house on the market. This is about the third time we have started to do that. LOL! Maybe this time it will get done. It is wearing me out though. Too old, and too fat for all of this work. GRRR! Me.

Off to water aerobics this morning. POP yesterday. I'm trying to make that scale MOVE downwards this week. Last week it was stuck.

I had another POP day! I also did some sewing last night instead of sitting on my rear after kids went home. Im planning on doing more tonight. I enjoy it so much.

Well, 2 days on plan! And today is the first big challenge -- dinner out at a local Mexican restaurant. Nom nom! I was too busy to eat breakfast today, which I'm hoping doesn't screw me up for the rest of the day. I know I'm hungry now! Only half an hour until a lovely lunch is waiting for me Weather permitting, we're walking to and from the restaurant, which will be nice. It's part of our adjusted exercise plan -- this way, we can still go out, but we'll get a little physical benefit at the same time, which should also help diminish our appetites. Fingers crossed!

Good morning! How are you this morning? Still low potassium dieting and hating it!! Oh well, at least I can have things like mac salad. 1/2 cup at a time that is.
