Hi guys. I've joined 3FC a few times over the years. Each time I've fallen off the bandwagon and had start over. I'm determined NOT to let that happen again!
The first time I joined, I weighed 247 pounds. I was stuck after losing 15 pounds and wanted more motivation.
The next time I was 265. 265 was what I weighed when I was at my highest weight during pregnancy. I lost it quickly after birth and went down to 235. So, when I hit 265, I got desperate.
The last time I joined, I was 285.
I'm 310-315 (it fluctuates) now. I'm sickened with myself and wish I could erase all of my bad choices over the years. I moved 1500 miles away from my family 4 years ago and it's been a downward spiral (or upward?
) since then. Depression on and off, just burying myself in bad food to cope, ignoring the scale and mirrors for the most part.
I'M DONE.
I need to get healthy, and would love to join you all, as I need some
serious support.
My plan of action is to just do the obvious: eat healthier, exercise regularly, and just be more active in general. I'm going to start there and change my POA as I go.
