10 Days In The Lifeboat #18
O.K. Here's the next segment of 10 days in the lifeboat.
Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.

After yesterday's swim I'm going to reach for 100% POP, taking my vitamin daily and not using any extra WW points on this leg of my journey in the lifeboat.

Im going to stay the 1200 calories for now. Be active and spend some time outside each day. It really helps me!!

I am armed with yogurt and cheese and lots of protein things for work snacks and lunch.
My goals:
I'm still vending machine free!
Vitamins daily
I'm lowering calories just slightly to 2000 even.
Still riding bicycle to work and will continue

I agree with Carol!! My energy is so much better when I eat right!! I got so much accomplished yesterday! Food was POP and got in some exercise!

Exercise 6 days out of the week. Don't go over my daily WW points. Drink water, water, water, water. Did I say exercise 6 days a week?! Yikes!

For this ride I aim to stay within my WW points.
Continue to eat 6 or more servings of veg and fruit, mainly veg.
Be active daily.
I am dry today. I was dry yesterday too. 2 days.

Used some of my weekly WW points for a small slice of birthday cake yesterday - stayed on track besides that!

i'm a little late, but for the next week my goals are:
-keep it under 30g carbs for the day.
-drink atleast 100oz of water a day.
-add an extra walk in for both dogs.
