kaplods - I'm totally with you. Like I know if I had an intense workout the day before...my weight is not going to drop. It will stay the same or go up. I also think that working nights (flipped sleeping schedule really makes me gain a lot of water weight) was like a hammer across the head, letting me know that there are many factors other than true weight gain that effect that number and I just need to let go of this idea that weight loss success means the scale is constantly and consistently dropping.
