Another POP day yesterday. That's 5. Think I'll run a string of buoys off the back of the boat, one for each POP day. They be there to grab if someone falls overboard.

Scale moved - need to remind myself that's what happens with POP weeks. Released 2.5.

GO Carol!!!!!

I'm adding POP buoy #6 to my string behind the boat. It sure feels good to be OP and staying dry.

Judy starts to sing: "Row, row, row your boat ........."

Today is going to be a tough one today for me. We are headed to the show barn with my sons cattle for the Houston Livestock show. I did scope the food booths out and there are a few healthy choices - but it's the bad ones I'm worried about
Hopefully I can have enough will power and self control to make good choices.

Hang in there Tex! Splashes happen. You do your best, but remember we have warm floofy towels and ropes and life rings.

Had a one month follow up with the doc's office. They said I lost 1 lb this month. It was a hard won pound, letmetellya! TOM left yesterday, btw. Seeing that TOM didn't leave his foot on the scale made me happy.

I was a bit splashed yesterday because I was very tired. Protein was way low, but I have been taking all my vitamins regularly.

Pulling another batch of warm towels out of the dryer!

Hugs,
Ratkity

Tex - can't wait to hear about your day - sounds like fun! So glad to see you back with us.

Rat - I'll get the towels today - you've worn yourself out with towel duty.

Loving the spring weather and looking forward to that extra hour of daylight.

Congrats!

Got wet yesterday, those darn rotis. I planned to eat only half and ate the whole thing and drank 3 beers. But I used my bonus points and only went over some.

Trying to stay OP in the life boat today. So far so good.

Made it through another weekend day POP and got in 100 minutes of exercise. Been a very long time since I could say that!

I'm completely off target and right now don't know how to get back. I'm just going to take it one meal at a time....

I was off yesterday with having 3 beers. sigh I had company over. I had a healthy dinner too. Going out to play pool today and will just get back on the horse, errr back in the lifeboat I mean. I will focus on the company and fun of the game. I am having one light beer and water. I will eat before I go. No ordering food there.

Back on track today and I'm ready for WI tomorrow!

Cutting loose the buoy line of POP days. Needed it to climb back in the boat today. Had a hungry day and made bad choices. :-( Still have weeklies left over.

I'm dry now and done stuffing myself.

Texscrapper: Love your thinking on goals.
