I know why I am having a hard time losing weight. Its because i eat so late at night but I called my doctor today and told her hoiw hungry i am late at night. WE think that the metformin for my diabetes may need to be changed to a higher dose. So tomorrow i go and get bloodwork done and the 2nd i go to see her for medication followup. hopefully we can find an answer to this problem and correct it.

LynnieI hope you find the answers you need with the bloodwork and seeing your Dr.
I always want to eat at night but that is a psychological issue for me and I am working on it.

I went back to my first post in this thread to review my goals which I re-posted below.

*I will track my food in my journal everyday. (yes)
*To go to aquafitness classes twice per week (mmm not always)
*To eat 6-8 servings of fruit and vegetables per day (usually)
*If I slip up and overeat, binge, make poor food choices I will not beat myself up over it. I will acknowledge what I did, examine why and move forward. (yes I am working on this)

So overall I am meeting most goals but still working on some.

I hope you find answers too lynnie. Wouldnt it be nice if our bodies and minds just worked optimally without all of this investigative work? I sure think so.
Great going pluckypear, sounds like you are doing great!
I'm still checking in here. I had a personal training session today and he kicked my *** but I liked it. :-)

hey gang! I went and had my blood taking yesterday along with urine specimen. what fun huh? anyway monday is my doctors appointment and being the my cholestrol was high i bet anything she will put me on a medicine for that as well. I am waiting for TOM but its not showing up.Tomorrow I start my new birthcontrol pack so I am guessing there will be no TOM this week just the bloating and crabbiness associated with it.

LynnieI hope you get the information you need from your Dr(s). And yes a new month begins tomorrow.

I tracked everyday.
I eat many servings of veg and fruit most days.
I did two forms of exercise per week but not always got to the pool.
I have been pretty good to myself.

Room for improvement but did well I think. I WI tomorrow.
