Just checking in...tracked everything yesterday and only went one point over. Also drank all my water plus some. So far so good today.

Lynnie: Any news on the job front? I've been praying for good things to come your way. :-)

Good morning all! I am here. I went over my calories yesterday. I was disappointed with myself, but that did not stop me from putting food in my mouth. I was just hungry. Oh well, today is a new day, and I haven't given up on my 100% for March, guess I'll just be 99.9%?

Good news on the scale front though, I have seen 268 for the last three days, so Thursday I will be able to officially say I've made it to a new decade. I am so ready to be smaller. I've had friends give me about seven pair of jeans, but they are all sized 20 or 18. Not there yet, but it's nice to know that I'll have some free clothes when I get there.

Lynn - I'm all right, kind of stressed at work, but it's OK. I don't have the kind of job that I have to worry about when I'm not here, so it's all good. I hope your job hunt is going well. Miserable work environments are the pits. And struggling to find a job can be so disenheartening, I second tw's job prayers for you.

tw - Great job tracking and drinking your water! It makes you feel good to meet those goals, doesn't it? As I was beating myself up for going over my calories, I stopped & thought, "OK, but you're tracking everything again, and it's just one day" I'm feeding the good dog (if you've read astrophe's Cherokee legend).

OK lovelies, time to be productive again. Here's wishing you (and me) some willpower dust & lots of follow through on our goals.

Lynnie thanks for sharing about how you have lost weight and good luck on your interview tomorrow.

I have stayed OP most of this week and I weigh in tomorrow. Going to start a Wednesday weigh in thread tomorrow. I just want to get in more exercise and to make this come off faster.

You know, life.

Lynnie: That is great that you are not nervous for your interview! I have to interview people at my job and it is so nice to have someone come in dressed nicely for the interview, that isn't nervous, and has a firm hand shake and a nice smile. It is amazing how much those little things help a person to be the "right candidate." Good luck at the interview. Can't wait to hear how it went.
rachaelm: Can't wait to say "Welcome to the 260's" officially! That is awesome. And yes Free clothes are awesome! What a great gift to look forward to.
Goodnuff: Good to see you. I totally get "life" happening. Hang in there. What are your goals this month?
I tracked yesterday and drank my water. I also worked out at the YMCA last night. All is good right now (with these goals). :-) Yes, rachaelm, It does feel good to meet these goals. Last night I was working out and all I could think about was working my hips more so I can get rid of this butt and thighs! Of course, when I left I could barely walk but surprisingly I am not sore today. YEAH! Also been struggling lately with wanting to be a stay at mom (This can't happen as I am a single parent). I really want to be married (and have no prospects). Not just so I can be a stay at home mom because I know that may not be an options even if I were married but I really want that adult companionship. I love my daughter with all my heart and we are blessed beyond belief but I still struggle with being lonely and that is hard. It is hard to "do life" alone. Anyways, trying not to let those thoughts consume me and trying to continue working on me but any prayers would be appreciated.
Hope you all have a wonderful day!

I am here, and I am well.

I hope all of you are doing well too.

I'm glad to hear from you goodnuff. Yeah, life tends to get in the way of my best laid plans too. It's annoying like that! Oh man, RA is so hard to deal with, I didn't know you had that, I'm sorry. I am glad to see your ticker is set to currently making progress, I think that's the right way to look at it!

Lynn - sooo glad you got a call, I hope you get it, and it's great. LOL at you not being nervous cause you've had a lot of interview experience! That's a plus, if you remember to look at it that way. Please let us know how it goes.

pluckypear - I'm glad to see you here & posting! What is your plan? I hope your weigh in goes well today. Don't forget though, exercise tends to make your losses stall a bit while your body gets used to it, so don't let that throw you for a loop.

Thinking of you too tw, I hope you're having a good day! Edited to say, I started this post, then work intervened, then when I finished I see that you beat me to it! LOL. Great workout!! And yay for water too.
Life is so dang hard sometimes. I really do feel your pain on the stay at home mom thing, I tried to do it about a year and a half ago after unexpectedly losing my job, but had to go back to work. We were so broke, I was miserable, we couldn't do anything we wanted to do, it just wasn't working for us. And of course you want an adult companion. That is completely understandable. I will say a prayer for you. You've got the right attitude.

Oh man Lynn that bites. I'm sorry. You are going to get the RIGHT job.

tw -YES, I am now officially 267.6 pounds, so buh-bye 270s! Yay!

I am doing well. I just got to work, had a lot of running in town to do. I had a drs appt this morning, the first time I've been to my PCP since 3/2010. My dr was very proud of my weight loss, and when he went back to look at my weights, he said I was 337# in 2009. So, that makes me feel even better, I've lost a lot of weight!! My big milestone now is to hit 50 pounds gone.

Y'all keep on truckin' and I'll talk to you later!!

Oh Lynnie, I am so sorry! Good for you for continuing to apply places. Don't give up. Hang in there I know something will work out soon. As a side note, I LOVE target!
Rachaelm: YEAH!! CONGRATULATIONS! Dang you are way out of the 270's!!! Geat job. I am so happy for you! (And technically you have lost 70 pounds already since 2009!)
