Default 10 Days in the Lifeboat #14

O.K. Here's the next segment of 10 days in the lifeboat.

Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.

So what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

I had a rocky time in the last lifeboat, so I think I need to keep things simple and be consistent!!

I had a rough 10 day crossing last time. This 10 days will be devoted to clear sailing and avoiding having to use any extra WW points.

I plan to just stay on plan. Keep my calories in check, exercise every day, drink my water, have very little Diet Coke. No junk and no eating out (if possible).

I'm here with:

No vending machine crap
Staying below max calories and preferably keeping to optimal calories
Taking all my vitamins (I'm currently going the LONGEST without a skipped dose in 2 years)
Handing out towels to the splashed and wet people
Stop trying to kill the towel mousies (wait... look.. I swear, it moved again!)

New goal: trying to forgive myself when I mess up.

Hugs,
Ratkity

I am here for this 10 days

Water increased to 24 oz of water daily

I completely feel in today. The only thing I did was have a veggie and journal.

POP yesterday! Sitting High and dry and folding warm towels for Rat's stash. We can never have too many towels.

Keep doing what you know in your heart is right for YOU.

My goal this time is to not need any towels.

DH said something that really got to me - he had no intention of hurting my feelings. Made me realize how resolved I used to be - will be going back to grilled protein with steamed veggies every night for dinner, dinner out only once every two weeks and considering putting a call in to my trainer to see what her schedule is.

Yesterday was POP. Almost easy, despite ongoing stresses. It really helps when I just say NO to sweets.

Today might be tough, as I have a looong day (and night) at work. But I'll haul in a lot of my own food...
