I ate a bunch of salty stuff at the beginning of the week and got pissed off, so I have been doing low salt since Wednesday. I weighed 248.6 on Monday and am down to 245.6 today. I promise I haven't had a 10,000 cal deficiency haha- it's mostly water weight! JUST SAY NO! LOL!

I found out by eating asparagus this week I could drop a couple of pounds of water weight. I love asparagus and never sprugle on it because of the cost. It was wonderful to find out that I lost 2lbs of water weight that night.
NO WATER WEIGHT!!!

I've been telling my uterus to cut it out for a long time, but it doesn't listen. Then I always eat too much salt on the weekend. Got no one to blame but myself for that one. FIE ON WATER WEIGHT!

Water weight comes and goes, and while it may make us uncomfortable, "fat" weight is what I think we should really be worried about!!! So I try not to worry too much when the scales blip up.
