Dry day, thankfully. Heading out for my exercise in a bit. Thanks for the words of encouragement, ladies. Good luck to everyone finishing out the 10.

different day. I had all three meals out and decided I wouldn't try to calorie count. but I didn't use it as an excuse to go crazy. I am especially proud of dinner. Hubby and I went out to a nice restaurant. I had a bowl of soup, and an appetizer. Both were delicious. I had a few sips of hubby's wine and that's it. No bread no booze no dessert.
I'm sure my calories are over a little, but it was nice not to count everything today, especially given recent stress levels.

Splashed a little today, but relatively dry with all vitamins taken! Still within wobbly calories.
Just an little bit of info for our newer people: I started our lifeboat challenge from the beginning and have NOT had any vending machine crap from work since participating at the first 100 day challenge. Baby steps! Yeah!
I've also had at least 2x 10 day lifeboat cruises with perfect vitamin intake.
These "little" 10 day cruises are really helping me.
I'm still riding my bicycle to work. Even got to ride home in sleet yesterday afternoon. LOL. Wasn't too bad.
Hang in there boaters!!
Hugs,
Ratkity

I haven't been around for a few days because of a cold, which occurred at the same time as TOM. No exercise plus TOM means everything I own feels tight. I'm so bloated I could wear a hula hoop for a bracelet, I swear.
Today was OP as far as calories and water. Tomorrow, exercise again.

WI showed a 1.5 lb release. Got an hour in the pool this morning.
Rat - seriously? Your bike in the sleet?

Stranded, Take care of yourself.. ugh! A double whammy - cold and TOM. Just nurture yourself and the rest of us will worry about the paddling.
GGG, yup, sleet. It was dry going into work! Wasn't a heavy sleet on the way home. Just annoying. The roads were warm enough that nothing was sticking.
I think I finally saw the scale move down. It's been so long that I kept stepping on it to confirm that I wasn't hallucinating. LOL. I'll take a 1 lb release!
Hugs,
Ratkity

Thanks for starting it, it definitely helps me to go day by day. And super congrats on staying vending machine-free!

Thanks Ratkity. I don't know when I'll be back to exercising, honestly. At least calories are somewhat controlled.
