Thank you so much. I wasn't fishing for compliments. Really. LOL. That is just how I feel. I am feeling better about myself with every pound I lose. I pray that confidence comes back to me.

It is hard, but I saw on somewhere a quote something along the lines of being fat is hard, losing weight is hard, and maintaining is hard .. pick your hard. I really liked that.

Ooh. First exercise-fail, and only my third day in. Pre-TOM-Migraine is making exertion impossible, so I came directly home.
If it passes, I'll elliptical tonight. If not, I will gym or elliptical tomorrow (which would have been an off day). I am not allowing myself any other options.

I ask my self that very question almost everyday..... It will come off just be patient... You are doing so well already.
Someday I would like to be standing on my feet all day with no complaint.

Did my 70 minutes on the elliptical today. So I made up for yesterday and am back on track. Happy with that! But a little sore... my calves were hurting already, and my foot started to, as well. Pushed through, and machine said I burned 568 kCal, based on weight, speed, intensity, and age. I'll take that!

Hey all!
Someday I'll be able to watch the Superbowl player stats without realizing I weigh more than most quarterbacks
I was OP yesterday and ignored the carb-y stuff and had wings, but I think I OD'd on sodium so I will be drinking 800 gallons of water today.
I am almost to 10% of weight lost which was my first mini goal, yay!

Still here! I'm pretty busy through the week and I'm trying to be consistent with my exercising even when I don't have much time, so not much time at the computer.
Feeling cruddy and eating cruddy because of TOM, so at least I can control the exercise...

I want to join! I'm very new as of today. Hence the name BrandNu plus I feel like I am ready to "create" a new me. I have always been overweight but I used to atleast try to lose weight. I would exercise off and on and try different ways of eating but over the last few years I just gave up more or less. The last month though I have just been so stressed out about work and life obligations and feeling like there is nothing in my life that I have control over. I felt like I was on the verge of a breakdown  One day I just decided that this depressive rut had to stop. So, I have deided to take control of what is in my power to control and thats how I treat myself. So I'm trying to figure out what type of food plan to follow and ordering exercise equipment. I'm determined to take care of me so that I can feel better and be a role model for my daughter.
So to get to the somedays.......
Someday I want to not worry that my weight issues will impact my daughter
Someday I want to be able to shop in the regular size stores and buy sexy clothes
Someday I want tobe able to go to any restaurant and not worry whether or not I can fit into the booth

Awwww Nicole, I think it's important that we all find things we love about our bodies regardless of how much we weigh. I know that even at my size, I love my boobs and my eyes and my complexion. I love my fat girl boobs!
I'm hovering right around 340 and I can't wait to be UNDER that, going to drown myself in water today to help flush the fat.
