CHAIR EXERCISING
30 minutes - stretching

My Feb. goal is 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week.
130/720 wk 1- day 4

Group Total 533+ 30 = 563 minutes

My goal is to do 60 minutes at least 5 times a week. In the past I've been able to do this even with work and school. Right now I'm *just* a full time masters degree student. I plan to add Belly dance classes in the next week or two. It will be quite an expense, but I think at about 10/class for a combo belly dance and belly dance aerobics class once a week is do-able. Plus I have some DVDs on request at the library for some belly dance exercise videos. I plan on doing these for 30-60 minutes a week additional.

This past week I went to the gym three times and did 215 minutes of exercise there and 60 minutes of stationary bike at home for a total of 275 last week.

636+275 = 911 minutes

30 minutes treadmill
60 minutes personal training

Personal Total: 240 + 110 = 350 minutes

Group Total: 944 + 110 = 1,054 minutes

Oh, man, I feel like a goof. I use the "subscribed threads" to keep track of things and don't venture into the main forums that often. I missed this!

So, moving this over from the other thread, I've got 198 minutes logged already, plus another 63 on the elliptical today.

Personal total: 198 + 63 = 261 minutes

Group total (adding it all in since I was tracking on the wrong thread): 1,094 + 261 = 1,355 minutes

I really, really didn't want to do my exercise today. Managed the duration, but intensity was lower than usual.

Personal total: 261 + 64 = 325 minutes

Group total: 1452 + 64 = 1516 minutes
