Good loss this week of 4.5. My goal is 1 lb/week this year.
Heading to the pool - will need a nice fluffy towel please - it's cold here.

YAY Carol!
Not YAY for me... fell off the boat today. Not terrible, but obviously the result of not planning, and not coping well with spur-of-the-moment changes in plans. Well, I had a 19-day POP streak to start the year, so my goal is to start again tomorrow and make it at least a 20-day POP streak.
Hope everyone is dry, warm, and safe at home.

Plan is in place for a meal out with the family today. I am praying to stay seated in the boat!! I will let you know how it goes.

Angela - have a nice warm towel for you. You'll get 20 days without a doubt. Remember when we tried 100 days - glad we broke it into 10 day segments.
Back to the pool again this morning - wish I didn't have to cram it all into the weekend.
Last rubber chicken dinner tonight for awhile - working for good choices.

So, I'm calling yesterday POP, even tho it was about 50 cals over. I stayed accountable, and tried to stay OP... I just misremembered how much I'd eaten.
Today's challenge is that I'm going out to tea with a friend. You know finger sandwiches and scones and all. I'm going to tell them that I don't eat sweets and have them just bring sandwiches and skip the sweets. Wish me luck!!

Yesterday was a good day and my averaging of my calories seems to be working for me. I'm noticing some changes in the way my clothes fit! Nothing dramatic, but enough to make me feel better about myself.
Went over a touch yesterday but I was so miserable that I went over for a cup of hot tea, lol. I have a sinus infection and an ear infection. Not good!
Otherwise, stayin' dry and lovin' it! Gettin' my tan on!

How did tea go, Heather?

Tea yesterday went great. I only ate the little sandwiches and had a lovely pot of lapsong suchong (sp). But the sandwiches weren't really that great...
But I did get a little wet last night. Went about 100 calories over. Not the end of the world in any way, but I want to stay dry!!
