Day 10 POP--first string this long I've had since the original 100 day lifeboat. TOM's been paying an extended visit and the scale isn't down, but I'm looking forward to seeing some actual movement during our next 10 days... and keeping the streak going. Had a couple of challenging days this week, so I know what I need to work on next week is planning, planning, planning.
Day 3 POP. It's been a struggle, virus kept me from exercising and I ate too many calories for a week. Getting back on track finally but TOM has just arrived and I feel like I've gained 20 pounds in 12 hours. So frustrating.
