Was a little naughty this week ... went out on Valentines and had a few beers ... then today after the gym I went out to lunch with a friend .. then coffee ... then green tea lol ... soooo when it came time for the weigh in I expected to be up .. BUT ... incredibly I managed to lose a couple of pounds so Im happy

my weigh in will be friday 2-24 going to meet with my ymca to see what i need to do to loss the wieght. i know i can do this i want to loss 3lbs a week atless 2 i thought i was haveing a heart attack just 3 days ago and i have to change my ways I am 40 ans i want to live 40 more years.
my weight last friday was 303 so i am hoping for 3lbs less pray for me please
