Had a slight improvement yesterday, but the salt cravings were still so strong.
Guess I'm gonna have to deal with this in baby steps. Lots of errands today to keep me busy today.

Yesterday was better for me too - didn't graze. Today will be better!

I'm with you Learn - I made it all day then at dinner fell in the deep water.

These past few days I have been staying dry so I want to through out a life preserver to anyone who needs it and help you back in the boat. I have warm fluffy towels for you!

I was opposite of Learn and GGG, I made poor choices all day and finally made a great dinner choice with high protein (fish) AND, it tasted good (I'm not a big fan of fish).

TOM has appeared today. Explains a lot of the weird food choices last week. I thought it was the ebola-cold feeding itself.

I need some bottled mojo!!

Hugs,
Ratkity

Yesterday was a major improvement over the last few days. Just wish I had some energy to exercise.

Cussing at TOM, as per usual, but the good news is the ebola-cold is almost done and have had two fairly dry lifeboat days so far. Actually counted protein yesterday as opposed to "winging it".

Holding dry warm fluffy towels for all!

Hugs,
Ratkity

I've been in and out of the lifeboat the last few days, most definitely OUT today. Good thing I know how to swim. Having a very Gone With the Wind moment right now: "Tomorrow is another day."

Stood up in the boat and flipped out into the water. Climbed back into the boat and will dry out again.
