my positive today.. even though TOM is here and i HURTTTT i drug myself out of bed at 5am and crept like a turtle on the treadmill for 45 mins. Then i did some light weightlifting for my arms.. i refused to do abs. lol

Doh. TOM started for me during the night and I'm trying to peptalk myself into my workout right now! haha

My positive is I remembered to have my car state inspection done on time this year! I always wind up forgetting and driving around with an expired inspection. Not this year!

Even though I have not lost a pound in a month, I'm still staying on program and getting ready to go walk.

Progress is my positive today.

After taking yesterday off cuz of the shark week blahs - I did my workout today on the treadmill: 26 minutes, 270 calories burned.

Most psyched about the fact that what was my workout a month ago (2.8 mph) is now my warm-up/cooldown. Also did 5% incline for the first time. Annddd, I jogged! It was 45 seconds, but - I did it and didn't die.

IT MOVED!!!

Yesterday I was 256.4

Today I am 253.0

One Dancing Smiley for each 5 pounds lost!




I surely am tasting the 240's this morning! : )
