Progress is my positive today.
After taking yesterday off cuz of the shark week blahs - I did my workout today on the treadmill: 26 minutes, 270 calories burned.
Most psyched about the fact that what was my workout a month ago (2.8 mph) is now my warm-up/cooldown. Also did 5% incline for the first time. Annddd, I jogged! It was 45 seconds, but - I did it and didn't die.
