My positive is that today I met my mini goal of 299. It's exactly a month behind my goal date, but considering I had a foot injury and a stupid cold that delayed things, I'm not going to beat myself up about it.

My positive for today is that even though there are bigwigs at work & everyone else is running like a chicken with their heads cut off, I will remain calm.
Oh & that I'm wearing a shirt that was too tight last year, and it looks good!

Hello one and all. My positive for the day is I lost two pounds. so far. my scale finally moved again. Been going crazy getting ready for wedding in June , also I am going to start weight watchers. A friend of mine is doing it and she has already lost fifty pounds. Glad to see you are all doing alright and sticking with it.

I can't loose a 150 lbs but I can loose 10 lbs 15 times! one  for every 10 lbs lost! Start date 1/24/2012=weighed in at 325 lbs
