I’ve been fighting food demons

for a couple days, I’ve got to either start packing a lunch if I’m going to be out at lunchtime or forcing myself to be at home at the lunch hour. I’ve been eating it too late, or not eating it at all which then leaves me open to bad choices. GRRR!
Just in case 3FC freezes me out on the weekend ........
