hang on rat!! You can do it! You are strong! Here take my hand and climb back into the boat.
My scales are not moving a bit...which is ok since I have been OP. I know exercise is the missing key but just cant seem to fit it into my day regulary.

Tread water Rat - here's a rope......and here's a hug too ((((RAT)))).
The scale hasn't moved this morning - I also need to add the exercise. I might have been getting smug because of a 16 lb. loss in 2 weeks - I don't know why I am reluctant to going to the gym - I actually want my life to involve regular exercise.

O.K. Here's the next segment of 10 days in the lifeboat.
Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.
So what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Phew, thanks all. I'm back in da boat.
Resisted cookies and pie late last night for a couple of shrimp before bed.
Had a good protein filled breakfast. I even had requests to make egg blobs for other people.
At the beach for the Tday week with family (annual trip). Hard being around family and goodies, but I am resolving to make good choices!
Hugs,
Ratkity

seems I am up a lb, I know what it's from not really exercising for three days and not enough water yesterday, so back on the work out and sucking down water. I am in charge of the desert this year they wanted me to make my eclair cake , instead I am going to make a fruit platter with some cheese and a veggie platter. HAH.

I'm in. Just gonna keep rowing for the next 10 days. No new goals. Just the usual: write everything down and go easy on carbs.

This is my first 10-day challenge and my goal is to stay on plan with calories every day. Even with Thanksgiving dinner I'm pretty sure I can do this. Today is good so far, calories great but my legs are REALLY sore from exercise.

Fell out of the boat yesterday. Made the mistake of going grocery shopping before I had eaten anything and just after going to the gym - set myself up!!! So I plan to stay true to counting calories today and get back on track.
For these 10 days in the boat my goal is to journal food that I am eating and to do some sort of exercise 6 out of each 7 days - this could be a walk, gym, at home treadmill - whatever adds activity.

Missing some folks here in the boat - anybody need a life preserver thrown their way?
Yesterday wasn't perfect but I've held my own through the surgery and actually lost about 4 lbs.

Have been doing well with calorie counting the past few days however have ignored the gym - did take a walk with DH and the pup yesterday. So I am up early and ready to go the gym.
Hope all my friends to the south had a great Thanksgiving yesterday!
