I'm doing the same, vick.

More towels for everyone!

I ended up having to spend $1000 on the car because the steering was about to fail. Oiy. It had been acting wonky, but didn't say anything to the mechanic. He pointed it out that it was dangerous. Let's not even discuss the roof leak I discovered before my Tday holiday *heavy sigh*,

While waiting for the car to be fixed, all I had access to was a vending machine. I chose trail mix and not a candy bar. Immediately got protein afterwards. Took a while to stop feeling icky from not eating for 5.5 hrs (I have small protein every 2 hrs to keep blood sugar up).

Toweling off.

I had a dry day yesterday and today will be more of the same! Today is my day to add back in exercise!!

Every bite recorded yesterday - calories higher than I like them but under my self-imposed limit. Today will be even better. Journaling my food is such a key for me - water the other one - somehow I need to remember how much exercise does for me too.

Not the day I wanted but not too bad either - scale liked it!

There was some small controlled wobbling, a thin person would call it a normal dinner with small-medium dessert.
